Admin Panel

The Admin Panel shows all your customers in one place. From here you unlock individual areas for each customer and manage whole organizations.

🛡️ Admin only. You need Admin permissions for this. Other people don’t see this area.

The page is titled Admin Panel. The List of Companies sits right underneath.

Reading the company list

Each row is one customer. You’ll see these columns:

ColumnWhat it shows
CompanyThe customer’s name. If the name isn’t available yet, you see their domain (italic) or a shortened identifier instead.
Portal UsersHow many people use Clarios there.
ModuleHow many areas are unlocked, e.g. 2/4.
Most Recent LoginWhen someone last signed in there.
Latest ValidityThe latest expiry date across all of this customer’s areas.
(actions)The Disable button and the trash icon for deleting (see Organization management).

ℹ️ Note: While a customer is being deleted, a Deleting… label appears briefly. It goes away once the process finishes.

Expanding a row

Click a row to see more. A detail area opens with:

  • Tenant ID: the unique identifier of the customer’s Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Primary domain: the customer’s main domain.
  • Connected at: when the customer was connected.
  • Connected by: the saved contact person.
  • Display name: the display name (or a placeholder while the customer’s approval is still outstanding).
  • Approved MSP: a switch for MSP approval (see Organization management).

Below that is the list of this customer’s areas, where you unlock or pause individual areas (see Manage areas).

Searching for a customer

Type a company name into the Search Company field and click Search (or press Enter). The list then shows only matching customers.

Sorting

Above the list are two dropdowns: Valid Until and Latest Validity. Both offer From New to Old and From Old to New. Use the × icon to reset the sorting.

Paging

The list shows five customers per page. Use the pager below the table to move between pages. If there are no matches, a short message appears instead.
