Complete your company profile
The first time you sign in, Clarios greets you with the Complete your company profile form. It’s where you add a point of contact for your company. You do it once, and your colleagues will see it too. It only takes a minute.
Step by step
- Sign in for the first time. The form appears automatically.
- Look through the fields. Some are already pre-filled from your Microsoft 365 account (name, Email, Phone). Company name is usually set already; for Role, enter the job title (e.g. “IT Manager”).
- Change anything that doesn’t fit. Every field is free to overwrite.
- Click Save.
✅ Done. Your details are saved and you land on the Home dashboard.

Good to know
- No field is required. You can enter just the Company name if you like. The company name later appears on your PDF reports.
- Do it later? Click Skip for now. A Complete your company profile reminder then appears on the dashboard. Use Fill in to reopen the form anytime, or × to dismiss it.
