Organization management

Sometimes you need to manage a whole customer, not just individual areas: switch them off for a while with Disable, remove them for good with Delete, or change their MSP approval.

🛡️ Admin only. You need Admin permissions for this.

Disable a customer

Disable switches a customer off temporarily. Clarios then becomes unreachable for their users.

  1. Find the customer in the list.
  2. In the actions column, click Disable.
  3. Confirm the Do you really want to disable the module? prompt. It shows the customer under Company and notes that their features will be switched off temporarily.

✅ Done. The customer is disabled, and a success message appears.

⚠️ Caution: Once disabled, this customer’s users can no longer reach their data. Do this deliberately and let the affected people know.

Delete a customer

The trash icon deletes a customer together with all their data.

  1. Find the customer in the list.
  2. In the actions column, click the trash icon.
  3. Confirm the Do you really want to delete company? prompt. It shows the customer under Company and notes that all data of the customer and their users will be removed.

The process runs in the background. While it runs, the row shows Deleting…. The list refreshes by itself once it finishes.

✅ Done. The customer is deleted and disappears from the list.

⚠️ Caution: Deletion is permanent. All data of the customer and their users is gone for good afterwards. Double-check it’s the right customer first.

Toggle MSP approval

The Approved MSP switch decides whether a customer may act as an IT service provider (MSP). Only approved customers can be invited as a partner by others.

  1. Expand the customer’s row.
  2. In the detail area next to Approved MSP, turn the switch on or off.

✅ Done. A message confirms the approval was granted or revoked.

ℹ️ Note: Only admins may set this approval. If the permission is missing, the change is rejected and the switch reverts.
