Users

The Users area is a simple sign-in analysis: it shows who signed in to your Microsoft 365 environment, when, and whether it worked. Sign-ins appear as a line over time, and you can filter by time range, result, sign-in method, device, and individual user.

👤 Required role: Reader (read-only access is enough)

ℹ️ Note: When no sign-in matches your filters, the page shows a No data message.

What can you do here?

  • See sign-ins over time and freely choose the time range.
  • Filter by success or failure (Login Result) to show, for example, only the failed sign-ins.
  • Filter by sign-in method or operating system to see how and from where your people sign in.
  • Search for a single user and view only their sign-ins.
  • Export to PDF with a chosen time range.
